Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, for a full refund.

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

The pedal must be returned in brand new, unused condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty

Every Dark Devices pedal comes with a lifetime warranty for the original owner. If your pedal develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect at any point, we'll repair or replace it — no questions asked.

The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

To make a warranty claim, please get in touch with proof of purchase.
