Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All products that are in stock and ready to be shipped will be shipped within 1-3 Business Days, Preorders will be shipped as soon as the product is released.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping and Delivery Estimates are calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide, prices will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation and Shipment Tracking

You will receive order confirmation email when you place an order and you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Dark Devices is not responsible for any Customs, Duties or Taxes incurred on any orders, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer. US Buyers have DDP shipping available, so you won't have to pay any Duties or Tariff's to receive your order, the final price at checkout is the final price. Every other country outside of the UK will most likely be charged Duty and Tax at your countries rate.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

If your order gets lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, keep all packaging associated with your order and take as many pictures of the damaged packaged and product as you can, then reach out to us via email and we will help where we can.

7. Returns Policy

UK buyers have a 14 day returns window, buyer will pay return postage, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the product back.
